- We are unable to off a refund of your flowers if you have supplied the incorrect delivery information. It’s the senders responsibility to assure all details are correct.
- If the wrong delivery address is given we can re – deliver however this will be an additional cost to the customer.
- When there is an issue that develops where The Little Flower Shop is at fault, we are happy to replace the product or issue a store credit.
- To make sure your flowers last please read the instructions on your floral product when your receive it. Flowers should last up to 3 days when taken care of.
- The Little Flower Shop reserves the right to refuse refunds if in the events but not limited to compliant notice more than 48 hours from the date of the order, the items have been damaged after purchasing due to mishandling the flowers from the customer. If the customer has changed their mind on the product.
- The little flower shop requires at least 48 hours’ notice of Cancellation prior to the order date. In order to cancel a product we need time to inform our wholesalers and delivery drivers. Your amount will be refunded $15.00 as an administration fee will occur when cancelling your order more that 48 hours.
- Cancellation received within less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the delivery or pick up day will incur a cancellation fee of $30.00 no refund will be processed. In store credit can be given at clients request.
